Kathy previously worked with Milliken and Company in their Information Technology services department and has provided excellent customer service and so she knows how important it is to have a 10+ customer service experience while you are buying or selling your home. She currently has her Broker license in SC and NC, so she has gotten the training to help her feel confident in helping you with some of the most important decisions you can make.
Kathy and Ken also own a company called Home Help Connections, LLC. (www.homehelpconnections.com) where we can help you with preparing to sell your house and the chores of moving out and/or moving in. Ken currently has his Realtor license and also has his Residential Builder's license and owns his company, Mason Quality Homes, LLC. (www.masonqualityhomes.com) where he can provide his expert knowledge when you are fixing up a home to sell or with finding/building the right one for you. We also are both dealers for Colonial Structures Cedar Log Homes and would love to help you design your floorplan or you can check out our standard ones at www.colonialstructures.com.
